MassMutual New Jersey – NYC recognized its original founding team at its 20th Anniversary Gala, held earlier this week at the Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains.
The team, led by Michael Vesuvio, general agent, MassMutual New Jersey – NYC, was founded 20 years ago as Emerald Financial Resources. Today, it has 130 financial service professionals and 27 staff members.
“When MassMutual asked me to establish an agency in central New Jersey, I was fortunate to bring along a core group of professionals who shared my vision and commitment to helping clients achieve financial security,” Vesuvio said in a prepared statement. “I (welcomed) the chance to thank them at our 20th Anniversary Gala, and express my pride in the lives we’ve impacted, the team we’ve built and the opportunities that lie ahead.”
The firm is headquartered in Bridgewater and has offices in Edison, Secaucus and New York City’s Financial District.
