Princeton-based Assist America Inc., a provider of global emergency assistance services, announced Wednesday it has promoted Ernesto T. Estillore to chief financial officer.
Estillore joined Assits America in 2015 as director of finance.
“Since joining the company, Ernesto has been instrumental in directing the implementation of our strategic business plans and developing financial and tax strategies across all of our domestic and international operations,” said Brian Mulligan, Assist America’s CEO.
In this new role, Estillore will make sure the company runs efficiently.
“As CFO, I will continue to work with everyone to identify areas where we can improve and give our company a competitive edge in the marketplace,” Estillore said.
