The New York Red Bulls’ latest marketing partnership is with Jersey City-based Provident Bank, which will now be “Official Banking Partner of the New York Red Bulls.”
The Harrison-based Major League Soccer club said in a news release that Provident will also receive naming rights to two levels of luxury suites at Red Bull Arena — now the “Provident Bank Suite Lounge.”
“Our partnership with the Red Bulls is a terrific opportunity to enhance our brand and elevate our name recognition in the market,” Chris Martin, Provident’s chairman, CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “The Red Bulls’ commitment to their fans and the advancement of the sport of soccer are consistent with our brand promise and core values.”
Other marketing and promotional assets and opportunities at the 25,000-seat stadium and in the community are included in the deal, the club added.
“Our organization is very proud to partner with a true Jersey institution,” Red Bulls General Manager Marc de Grandpre said in a statement. “Both the Red Bulls and Provident take pride in a mutual commitment to our community.”
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
