Munich Reinsurance America Inc., the Princeton-based reinsurer, has named a new head of human resources to be part of its executive leadership team.
Cheryl Jones will lead Munich Re’s talent strategy, with a focus on driving efficiency and enhancing employee engagement, retention and recruitment. Jones, who will report to CEO and President Tony Kuczinski, joined the company in 2014 as an HR business partner.
“Over the last several years, Cheryl has been an important strategic adviser to the leadership team as we assess our talent needs and plan for the future,” Kuczinski said in a prepared statement. “We are excited to have her leadership as we continue to evolve our company and our culture to meet the needs of a rapidly changing world.”
