The Holmdel-based talent acquisition software company iCIMS Inc. has named a pair of C-suite executives in recent weeks.
On Thursday, the company said it has promoted Al Smith to chief technology officer, after hiring Valerie Rainey as chief financial officer last month.
In his new role, Smith will be responsible for iCIMS’ hosting and platform strategies. He joined the company in 2015 as vice president of technology.
“Since coming on board three years ago, Al has had a clear vision of iCIMS’ product lifecycle development program, our hosting environment and how to build centers of excellence within iCIMS Labs,” President and Chief Operating Officer Ronald Kasner said in a prepared statement. “I’m thrilled to be able to recognize Al’s achievements and impact on the organization, and am confident in his continued ability to execute for the company’s future state.”
Rainey, meanwhile, came to iCIMS with more than 20 years of business and financial leadership experience, including as CFO at shipping company CMA CGM America and software-as-a-service firm INTTRA Inc.
“I am thrilled to welcome Valerie to iCIMS during such an exciting time of expansion and growth for our company and the talent acquisition software industry,” Chairman and CEO Colin Day said in a statement. “… I’m confident that Valerie’s SaaS pedigree and impressive portfolio of financial management capabilities will support iCIMS’ goal of becoming the world’s No. 1 recruiting platform.”
