Cognizant to acquire Bolder Healthcare Solutions

Teaneck-based Cognizant announced it has acquired Bolder Healthcare Solutions, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions for the health care industry.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018.

Louisville, Kentucky-based Bolder Healthcare Solutions provides RCM software and processes. Its RCM offerings will further expand Cognizant’s health care consulting, information technology and business process services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
