Summit Medical Group‘s new MD Anderson ambulatory cancer care site was slated to have its soft opening this week, but, due to the weather, it has been postponed.
Dr. Jeffrey LeBenger, CEO of Summit, said the opening date has been pushed back two weeks, and the building will be occupied and operational as of March 26.
A grand opening is scheduled for the fall.
The 130,000-square-foot site in Florham Park is the first ever physician group partnership that MD Anderson has engaged in, and serves as an extension of its existing relationship with Cooper University Health Care.
