Woodbridge-based Bergman Real Estate Group, a real estate investment and management firm, announced Monday the opening of a new fitness and yoga center in Florham Park.
The new fitness center will occupy 3,500 square feet at the Florham Park Corporate Center, located at 25 A Vreeland Road. It will feature a yoga studio, lounge and game room, cardio and weight training equipment, and men’s and women’s locker room and shower facilities.
Bergman Real Estate said approximately 1,200 people signed up to use the fitness center in its first week.
“Tenants understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, and as a result, tenants want to offer their employees easy ways to maintain such a balance,” said Michael Bergman, CEO and president of Bergman Real Estate Group. “By including a fitness center in the same complex as their workplace, employees can take care of their health without cutting into their work day.”
The Florham Park Corporate Center is comprised of two three-story buildings totaling 23,000 square feet.
“The working environment is a significant contributor to employee happiness, and tenants know that the right office can quite literally make or break employee retention,” Bergman said. “Cool and one-of-a-kind amenities shouldn’t be something for the New York City offices — hundreds of suburban New Jersey businesses want their employees to have access to such.”
The center is within close proximtiy to Route 10 and 24, and Interstates 78, 280 and 287.
Tenants can easily access many of New Jersey’s major highways from Florham Park Corporate Center, including routes 10 and 24, and interstates 78, 280 and 287. Midtown Manhattan is 27 miles away by car. The corporate center is also centrally-located to Newark Liberty International Airport and Morristown Airport, as well as several hotels and conference centers.
