Holmdel-based Hylan Datacom and Electrical is expanding in the U.S., and adopting a new brand to reflect the growth: Hylan.
The telecommunications specialty contracting service company said in a news release Tuesday that it will expand into the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., market, as well as the Midwest market. The growth will be fueled by the recent acquisitions of Down Under Construction and Arcturus Telecom.
“Our rich history in the New York market spans nearly six decades of successfully providing telecom customers with superior specialty contracting services,” CEO Robert DiLeo said in a prepared statement. “As our customers expand their operations, we are committed to growing alongside them in order to meet their demands for high-quality data communications services within multiple U.S. markets.”
The new branding, which will include a revamped logo and website, goes with the company’s new scope as a turnkey service provider for wireline, wireless and smart city infrastructure, Hylan said.
“We are excited to grow our presence across the nation under the Hylan name, and look forward to ongoing success as we continue to provide customers with the end-to-end solutions and superior service they have come to expect since 1961,” DiLeo said.
The current office will remain Hyland’s New York area business.
