Engagement Labs, a data and analytics firm headquartered in New Brunswick, said Thursday that it won a contract renewal and upsell from a Fortune 500 telecom client.
The company said in a news release the contract has a total value of $450,000 over a three-year period, representing a 300 percent increase in the deal term and a 100 percent increase in contract value. Engagement Labs did not disclose the name of the U.S. firm.
“Consumer conversation plays a very strong role in the telecom sector, and it represents an important vertical for Engagement Labs,” CEO Ed Keller said in a prepared statement. “This is a client who highly values our data and analytics, as it has proven to be a powerful predictor of their business performance. This was a key driver in their decision to expand the contract to include a second flagship brand in their corporate portfolio and renew for three years.”
