Princeton-based Systech International, a product safety company, announced it has named Ara Ohanian its new CEO.
Ohanian will succeed Robert DeJean, who is retiring after 32 years with the company.
“We’re thrilled to have Ara Ohanian join Systech as our new CEO,” said Michael Dubilier, chairman of the Systech board of directors. “Ara’s previous success leading complex regulatory compliance ERP operations, coupled with his track record scaling enterprise S-a-a-S hyper-growth are the perfect complement for leading Systech.”
“I’m honored to join the Systech team and serve its impressive roster of blue chip clients. With decades of success as the pioneer of serialization and leader in product verification, Systech is uniquely positioned to extend its robust, fail-safe solution to defend global brands against the escalating threat of product counterfeiting,” Ohanian said.
Prior to Systech, Ohanian was senior vice president and general manager of Infor. Before that, he was founder and CEO of Certpoint Systems.
“I have been fortunate to work with a very talented and passionate team in building Systech into a global leader. I have great confidence that Ara is the right leader to take Systech’s technology leadership position to a global marketplace leadership,” DeJean said.
