Newmark Knight Frank and American Equity Partners jointly announced 73,000 square feet of new lease transactions at Lincoln Place in Edison.
The new leases to AeroTek, Power Home Remodeling and Country Silk Inc., according to the two companies, come at the heels of the buildings recent renovations.

AeroTek will occupy 17,276 square feet on the third floor. Power Home Remodeling will take up 26,081 square feet on the second floor as well as 8,100 square feet of warehouse space. Country Silk will occupy 7,900 square feet of office space on the fourth floor, 4,300 square feet of showroom space on the first floor and 12,400 square feet of warehouse and merchandising space.
Lincoln Place is a 250,000-square-foot, Class A office building.
Its recent capital improvements include a new lobby, 5,000-square-foot cafe, 3,000-square-foot fitness center, updated common areas and restrooms, and HVAC upgrades.
