Holmdel-based WorkWave, a provider of cloud-based software solutions, announced Wednesday it has acquired Cube Six Inc., a provider of field service ERP solutions for the HVAC, electrical and plumbing markets, including its ServMan product.
The acquisition of Cube Six and its products will expand WorkWave’s market share in the field service space.
