JLL has hired a former Mack-Cali Realty Corp. leasing executive to serve as an executive vice president with its New Jersey brokerage operations, it announced recently.
Christopher DeLorenzo will be focused on agency leasing, national multimarket corporate accounts, new business development and tenant representation, working out of JLL’s Parsippany office. He will report to Daniel Loughlin, managing director and head of office brokerage in New Jersey.
“Christopher DeLorenzo has unmatched experience in leasing and marketing strategies for high-quality office space throughout New Jersey,” Loughlin said in a prepared statement. “JLL will greatly benefit from his crucial insights into ownership strategies, having served as head of leasing for Mack-Cali.”
DeLorenzo, who has 25 years of commercial real estate experience, joins JLL from Mack-Cali, where he was executive vice president responsible for all of Mack-Cali’s leasing and asset management activities for a 26.2 million-square-foot commercial portfolio. He had been with the real estate investment trust since 1998.
“I’m honored to be joining such an innovative and talented group of real estate professionals, and look forward to working with my new colleagues as we leverage JLL’s platform to deliver real value and expertise to our clients,” he said in a statement.
