Princeton-based Benjamin Ross Group has brokered the sale of a Raritan-based architectural millwork firm, it announced recently.
The business representation firm said in a news release that DSF Millwork, which builds and fabricates projects out of a 12,000-square-foot space, was sold to a private investor for an undisclosed amount.
Benjamin Ross Group performed a valuation of the business, served as broker, identified the buyer and secured Small Business Association financing for the deal.
