The Roseland-based law firm Connell Foley LLP has formed a Franchise and Distribution Practice Group, it announced recently, to help regional, national and international brands cope with business challenges.
The group will be headed by Bryan Couch, a Connell Foley partner, and will include commercial, intellectual property, corporate, litigation and real estate attorneys, the firm said in a news release. The addition of several franchise litigators to the firm gives it a team with experience in the complex relationships between franchisors and franchisees, the firm added.
Other members of the team include Thomas Scuderi, partner; Patrick During and Noel Humphreys, of counsel; and Kelly Krug, Joseph Megariotis and Justin Vogel, associates.
Several members of the new group had joined Connell Foley’s Newark office in February, coming from LeClairRyan.
