Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced two new vice presidents have joined the firm.
Suzanne Tharaldsen has joined the company as vice president, brokerage services and will become part of the expanding Esses brokerage team.
“We are excited about Suzanne joining BRC and becoming part of our team,” said Leo A. Esses, senior vice president. “Her considerable commercial real estate experience will prove invaluable in servicing our clientele. Suzanne will be responsible for new business development, land development, sales and leasing brokerage services for the New Jersey industrial market.”
Scott Turner has also joined the company’s brokerage division as vice president.
“We are excited about Scott joining and believe his considerable commercial real estate experience will prove highly beneficial to our growing clientele,” noted Steve Bussel, president of BRC. “We are committed to providing first rate brokerage services and he will complement our experienced staff.”
Tharaldsen has 17 years of real estate experience. She’s served in a variety of roles, most recently as senior vice president with Eximius BPO US.
Turner has more than 33 years of sales and marketing experience. Before this new role, he was vice president of sales and strategies at Prudential Real Estate.
