Colliers sells 3 industrial buildings in South Jersey

Within the past 30 days, Colliers International in southern New Jersey has completed the sale of three industrial buildings in Pennsauken.

Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers completed the deals.

They are as follows:

  1. A 67,600-square-foot, multitenant warehouse at 9240 Commerce Highway sold for $2.25 million to a private investor. The fully-leased building is occupied by three tenants.
  2. A 60,800-square-foot manufacturing facility at 6995 Airport Highway Lane sold for $2.74 million to Brooklyn-based Heat Makers Sense, a distributor of hair care products.
  3. A 33,500-square-foot single-tenant warehouse at 9265 Commerce Highway sold for $1.69 million to Silicon Valley, California-based Draco Broadcast. Draco, which provides equipment for the video and broadcast industry, is expanding and wanted an East Coast operation.
