mem property management to handle Ewing facility

The Cambridge Hall Condominium Association, representing the residents of an active adult community in Ewing, has chosen mem property management as the facility’s new property management company, mem said Friday.

The statewide company said it is expanding its South Jersey presence through deals such as the one with Cambridge Hall, a 589-unit condo building for people age 55 and up.

“We are very excited to have been chosen as the new property management company for the Cambridge Hall Condominium Association, and look forward to working with an outstanding and very talented board to support this wonderful active adult community,” Martin Laderman, mem’s founder and CEO, said in a prepared statement.
