Newmark Knight Frank announced recently it was named the exclusive leasing agent for two buildings on the Interpace Parkway in Parsippany.
It was awarded the contract by joint venture partnership of Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners.
The properties, located at 369, 379, 389 and 399 Interpace Parkway, comprises of two five-story buildings designed by HLW Architects. The buildings total over 700,000 square feet.
Transactions will be carried out by David Simson, vice chairman; Jamie Drummond, senior managing director; and Andrew Perrotti, associate director.

Current tenants at the space include Rickitt Benckiser and Skanska USA.
