The Blo Blow Dry Bar, called “North America’s original blow dry bar” announced it has leased space at the West Orange Plaza.
Levin Management Corp.‘s E.J. Moawad, leasing representative, arranged the 1,600-square-foot lease in West Orange on behalf of the property. Adam Goldschmidt of AG Consulting LLC represented the tenant.
Blo Blow Dry Bar offers clients quick, affordable blowouts. Guests of the beauty chain can choose from a menu of styles from fun and casual to elegant and refined, it said. It also offers makeup application and nail services.
“The blow dry bar category represents one of the fastest-growing segments of the health and beauty industry,” Moawad said. “Blo Blow Dry Bar will provide an affordable luxury to women who want to look their best for any occasion. It’s an exciting addition to the center and a great amenity for residents.”
LMC recently signed another franchise in the quick stop hair segment, Cherry Blow Dry Bar, to a lease at Wall Towne Center in Wall, located at the intersection of Eagle Rock and Prospect avenues.
