A Somerset medical office building has been sold for just under $1.2 million, according to Bussel Realty Corp.
The Edison-based real estate services firm said it arranged the sale of 1323 Route 27 from the Kothari Family Trust to Somerhill Ventures. The 10,800-square-foot property off Route 27 sold for $1.16 million. It is partially leased to several medical practitioners.
Gregory Irving, an executive vice president with Bussel, represented both parties in the deal. He is also marketing a neighboring medical office property at 1303 Route 27 for sale.
