Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced recently it exclusively represented JJN Real Estate Holdings LLC in the acquisition of a building in Cherry Hill.
JJN acquired the 17,500-square-foot property at 1945 Route 70 East from KC Propco LLC for an undisclosed price.
The Bannett Group has been retained by ownership to transform the property into a medical/professional building with occupancy for new tenants anticipated for the fourth quarter of 2018.
Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE and John Mozzillo, senior associate and director of investment sales, represented both parties in the deal.
