JLL announced Thursday it was selected by owner Andalex as the exclusive leasing agent for the Sylvan Corporate Center in Englewood Cliffs.
JLL will provide leasing and marketing services for the Class A, 270,000-square-foot office complex located at 910, 920, 930 and 940 Sylvan Ave.
Frank D. Recine, executive managing director at JLL and Nicholas DeCotiss, associate, will oversee the assignment.
“Sylvan Corporate Center offers the highest-quality multi-tenant office space along Englewood Cliffs’ famous ‘Trillion Dollar Mile,’ ” said Recine. “The area is home to the world headquarters of a number of large, multinational corporations. This is the first time in more than 10 years that a block of contiguodus office space this large has been available in one of the state’s most highly sought-after submarkets.”
The complex is comprised of four, three-story office buildings all linked by a central lobby. The campus includes on-site food service, covered parking and on-site management.
Andalex said it remains committed to providing high-quality office space on the ‘Trillion Dollar Mile,’ by launching a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program to enhance the center for its users.
Sylvan Corporate Center is located on Sylvan Avenue, also known as Route 9W, and is directly off of the Palisades Parkways. The complex is within proximity to the George Washington Bridge, Interstate 80, the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 4, 46, 1 and 9, and the Garden State Parkway.
