A Chesterfield smart-growth community is expanding with the construction of a new residence building, according to an announcement Friday.
Traditions at Chesterfield, off of Old York Road in the Burlington County municipality, is building additional condo-style luxury homes as part of its Phase II, according to broker American Properties Realty Inc.
“With only six residences remaining in Phase II, we are excited about the opportunity to offer a stainless steel appliance package in addition to our wide range of included features,” Paul Csik, American Properties Realty’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, said in a prepared statement.
The two- and three-bedroom residences will include amenities that include master suites and private patios or balconies in select homes.
