Covanta, a sustainable waste and energy solutions provider, announced Wednesday it has appointed Ginny Angilello to senior vice president and chief human resources officer.
Angilello will be responsible for all human resources at Covanta, including talent acquisition and retention, organizational culture initiatives, benefits and compensation, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. She will be based at the company’s world headquarters in Morristown.

Jones, Covanta’s president and chief executive officer. “With extensive experience dedicated to supporting and investing in a company’s most important asset — its people — Ginny’s talents and expertise will be an invaluable addition.”
Prior to Covanta, Angilello was with Honeywell International for 17 years, most recently as vice president, human resources for performance materials and technologies, integrated supply chain.
