South Plainfield-based Seldat Distribution Inc., a provider of supply chain solutions, announced it has appointed Modeline Fenelon as its new general counsel.
Fenelon will be responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs, including litigation, employment law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters.
