Duke Realty signs lease with 4PX Express for ePort 1000

Duke Realty, an industrial property real estate investment trust, announced Tuesday it has leased ePort 1000, a warehouse in Perth Amboy, to 4PX Express USA, a e-commerce fulfillment and logistics solutions provider.

The warehouse is comprised of 354,250 square feet and is located at 1000 High St.

Duke Realty acquired ePort in November 2017 as part of a 3.1 million-square-foot New Jersey industrial portfolio purchase that included six buildings and two development sites along the Interstate 95 corridor.

“4PX Express had been looking for a larger facility for their operations for several months. We were pleased to learn of their space needs and be able to propose our new ePort warehouse as a solution,” said Ben Rosen, vice pesident of leasing and development for Duke Realty in New Jersey. “This building provides 4PX with the square footage they need for their growing operations, plus gives them a modern, first-class facility in an ideal location for e-commerce fulfillment in the New York metropolitan area.”

The property at 10o0 High St. is one of three new industrial buildings known as the ePort Logistics Center that Duke Realty owns just off Interstate 287 and east of Interstate 95 in Perth Amboy.

Ken Lundberg of NAI Hanson and Julie Huang of ACJ International Realty represented 4PX Express in the lease.

Duke Realty was represented by Ben Rosen and Caitlin English and its CBRE listing agents Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato and Larry Schiffenhaus.
