An industrial space in Belleville has been leased by New York City-based Platinum Maintenance Services Corp., in an arrangement managed by Jonathan Glick, executive vice president of Sheldon Gross Realty.
The property consists of 12,000 square feet of space and is located at 53 Montgomery St. It is within close proximity to Routes 7, 21 and 506.
