Boiling Springs Savings Bank, a Rutherford-based financial services provider, announced Monday it has promoted Kenneth G. Emerson to senior executive vice president and chief operating and strategy officer.
In this role, Emerson will serve as chief administrator for retail operations and facility management, direct the bank’s overall administrative functions and develop strategies for the bank’s corporate growth.
“We are confident that Ken will help guide Boiling Springs Savings Bank forward as we launch new initiatives and new products while continuing to grow,” said President James D. Nesci. “Ken’s extensive banking experience and strategic planning has served the bank well for over 15 years, and we look forward to benefiting from his leadership for many years to come.”
Prior to his appointment, he was executive vice president, chief operations and strategy officer since 2015. Before that, he was the bank’s first senior vice president and chief risk officer, and FSVP/chief information officer/chief technology officer/director of strategic planning.
