Somerset Development announced Monday three new ground-floor retail leases at Bell Works, the revitalization of the 2 million-square-foot Bell Laboratories in Holmdel.
The new tenants include:
- City Barn | Country Penthouse, a home boutique store and home design consultation;
- Dimension Dental, a dental support organization;
- OceanFirst Bank, a community bank.
Sabre Real Estate Group is serving as the exclusive real estate leasing agent for Bell Works, led by its team of Justin Korinis, senior vice president; Dina Santarelli, director; and Sean Pyle, associate. Somerset Development was represented by Colliers International in the Dimension Dental deal.
Korinis said the leasing activity at Bell Works has been especially strong in recent months.
“It all stems from a recognition that, even in suburbs like Holmdel, we can create incredibly diverse and captivating urban-style experiences, where visitors and workers alike can encounter a wide variety of retail options in a centralized, urban-style location,” he said.
The Bell Works community is rapidly growing, with recent tenants joining the roster including Guardian Life Insurance. Last year, it welcomed anchor tenant iCIMS, a leading provider of Software-as- a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, along with the headquarters WorkWave, a cloud-based business management and fleet management solutions company.
Other prominent tenants include: International Flavors & Fragrances, an innovator of sensory experiences; Acacia Communications, an optical transmissions manufacturer; Jersey Central Power and Light; MetTel, a telecommunications firm; McCann Systems LLC, an audiovisual company; NVIDIA Corp., a technology firm; Spirent Communications, a telecommunications firm; Suttons International, a logistics company; and two co-working facilities.
