Mill Creek celebrates opening of luxury community

Mill Creek Residential, a multifamily investor and operator specializing in premier apartment home communities, celebrated the opening of Modera Parsippany, its newest community in New Jersey, it announced Wednesday.

Parsippany Mayor Michael Soriano, Mill Creek as well as leaders from the Parsippany-Troy Hills business community celebrated the official grand opening Thursday.

The property is situated near a number of Fortune 500 headquarters, shops, restaurants and entertainment destinations. It is also within close proximity to Interstate 80, 287 and and Route 46.

Modera Parsippany will include 212-units comprised of studios, one- and two-bedroom homes with rents from $1,775 to $3,525. It will feature a two-floor fitness center with yoga studio, a salt water swimming pool, a clubroom with a bar and lounge, keyless entry systems, a car care station, a package concierge, dry-clean valet, a pet-grooming station, and parking.
