Princeton-based The Peacock Inn, a boutique hotel owned by the Genesis Hospitality Group, announced Thursday it has named Chef Mark Valenza its new executive chef of The Peacock Inn Restaurant.
The inn will be open for dinner service on Friday with a new menu created by Valenza.
Prior to The Peacock Inn, he worked for Jim Henson at the Muppet Mansion in New York City. He was also a sous chef at the Frenchtown Inn, executive chef at Nado in Princeton, executive chef at The Triumph Brewing Company & Restaurant, chef/owner of Za Restaurant and executive chef of the Washington Crossing Inn in Pennsylvania.
