The One William luxury rental community in Englewood has opened, bringing 185 apartments to the downtown area, according to developer BNE Real Estate Group.
One William, which offers one- and two-bedroom units at 1 William St., has rents starting at $2,350 per month with immediate occupancy.
“Englewood and this location in particular have everything we look for when scouting new development settings,” Jonathan Schwartz, a partner with BNE, said in a prepared statement. “There’s a real downtown vibrancy here that we believe is only growing stronger. We’re delighted to now add a modern residential component to the mix that will complement the area’s walkability and appeal to young professionals and those looking for a convenient and dynamic lifestyle experience.”
The five-story building includes amenities such as private balconies and terraces in some residences, a rooftop pool terrace, outdoor gaming spaces, a fitness center, coffee bar and more.
The Marketing Directors will be the exclusive marketing and leasing agent, BNE said.
