Ness Digital Engineering, a Teaneck-based provider of software engineering services, has named a new president and chief financial officer, it announced Wednesday.
Ed Galati joins the company from Computer Generated Solutions, where he served as CFO. In his new role at Ness, he will oversee financial, operational and information technology functions of the global firm. He will report to CEO Paul Lombardo.
“Ness’ business and footprint have been expanding rapidly, and Ed has a wealth of experience helping global organizations align resources with opportunities to achieve sustainable, corporate growth,” Lombardo said in a prepared statement. “As we continue to extend our value to customers organically, through mergers and acquisitions, and via new business locations, Ed will help us generate further synergies and scale atop the strong foundation we have in place.”
Galati has been a CFO with various companies for more than 20 years, Ness said, including CMI and E2V Teledyne.
“Ness has proven and trusted capabilities in digital transformation services, and I am excited about the opportunity to leverage these resources to help the company expand and address emerging capabilities that will add further value to our clients’ business and to ours,” he said in a statement. “I look forward to working with Ness colleagues around the world to build on our momentum.”
