Newell Brands Inc. said Friday that its chief financial officer, Ralph Nicoletti, will retire at the end of the year.
The Hoboken-based company said it will begin a search for his successor, including both internal and external candidates. Nicoletti, who is also an executive vice president with the consumer goods company, will assist with the succession process.
“On behalf of Newell Brands, I want to extend my thanks to Ralph for his partnership over the last two years,” CEO and President Michael Polk said in a prepared statement. “Ralph and his team have put in place a set of information management processes that will increase the analytic capabilities of the company, positioning us to strengthen our operational and financial performance.”
