Roselle Savings Bank appoints 3 new executives

Roselle Savings Bank, a community bank serving central and northern New Jersey, announced three new executive hires.

The new members, the bank said, are part of a push toward the bank’s expanded focus into business banking.

The new appointments are:

  • Vincent Bagarozza, senior vice president and chief lending officer;
  • Brian McMahon, senior vice president and information technology officer; and
  • Jeffrey Schneider, business development officer.

Bagarozza has 40 years of experience in commercial banking. Prior to Roselle Savings Bank, he was senior vice president at chief lending officer with Indus America Bank in Edison as well as with Union Center Bank.

McMahon will be responsible for integrating new products and services, providing advice on deposit and loan operations and overseeing vendor management and cybersecurity programs. He will also oversee the IT Department and maintain the bank’s network and infrastructure. He was previously a senior vice president and information technology officer at Indus American Bank, Community First Bank in Somerset and New Millennium Bank in New Brunswick.

Schneider will be responsible for finding new business for the bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in business development and banking. He most recently served as vice president, business development officer for Two River Community Bank.
