Denholtz Associates, a real estate company, announced Thursday a lease renewal with Kleinfelder Inc. at the Horizon Center in Hamilton.
Kleinfelder is renewing approximately 15,900 square feet of office space at the recently-acquired Mack-Cali Realty Corp. property.
The Horizon Center portfolio consists of several office/flex properties including six buildings and two development sites totaling 236,284 square feet.
Kleinfelder Inc. is an architecture, engineering and science consulting firm. It will occupy Suite 101 at 3 AAA Drive.
The center is within close access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 1 and 130.
