Levin Management Corp. announced Monday it has arranged a lease for Nu Image Body Sculpting at Paramus Place in Paramus.
The 1,550-square-foot lease has brought the 261,300-square-foot shopping center on Route 4 to 100 percent occupancy, LMC said.
Jordan Korris, Levin leasing represented, negotiated the lease. Chris Calabrese of Realty Network Elite represented the tenant. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Bergen County is one of the strongest and most sought-after retail markets in New Jersey, and Paramus Place — with its strong tenant mix, high daily consumer traffic and exceptional highway visibility — is a desirable location for any retail tenant,” Korris said. “Lifestyle-oriented medical businesses are a growing niche in retail settings, and the Nu Image Body Sculpting lease is reflective of that trend.”
Nu Image Body Sculpting offers non-invasive fat reduction, skin tightening and facial rejuvenation services.
