JLL secures 3 new restaurant tenants at Easton Avenue property in New Brunswick

JLL announced Tuesday it has completed three new retail leases on Easton Avenue in New Brunswick.

The property at 37 Easton Ave. is a 18,000-square-foot, two-story building owned by Saxum Real Estate LLC.

The leases are as follows:

Saxum Real Estate was represented by Marta Person Villa, senior vice president at JLL. She worked with Anthony Rinaldi and Matt Wassel of Saxum Real Estate.

According to JLL, this is Burgerim’s first New Jersey location. The Israeli mini-burger chain was represented by Home Quest Properties Corp.

The Halal Guys, a fast-casual Middle Eastern restaurant franchise, was represented by Jay Miller, senior vice president at CBRE Inc.

Frutta Bowls was represented by Seth Katz, CEO of Legacy Commercial Realty LLC.

The property is within close access to the New Brunswick Train Station, Rutgers University, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 18.
