The Church of Pentecost has purchased a 10,000-square-foot property in Orange from Fountain of the Living Word Church, with plans to hold worship services there.
Real estate services firm Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. said in a news release that the property at 170 Central Ave. had been used by the seller for worship services, as well. Vice President Eric Weston handled the transaction.
“I’ve worked with the Church of Pentecost for three years, as the organization sought out a new location that would most effectively address its varied requirements,” Weston said in a prepared statement. “They considered quite a few options, but, without a doubt, 170 Central Ave. is the ideal property. Its square footage is the exact size needed, and it provides extremely easy access for worshipers regardless of which direction they’re coming from.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
