CBRE’s Hipschman takes on 2nd role as divisional lead

CBRE announced Tuesday that Jeffrey Hipschman, senior managing director of the company’s New Jersey market, is taking on an additional role at the company.

Hipschman will now also be Industrial & Logistics Divisional Lead for the Northeast. He will be responsible for expanding and integrating the company’s logisticsĀ services across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York’s outer boroughs.

ā€œA highly accomplished geographic leader, Jeff is adding to this role bringing his significant expertise in technology and logistics to extend our reach in this rapidly growing market segment,ā€ said Matthew Van Buren, president of CBRE’s Northeast Division.

In addition to his industrial and logistics role, Hipschman will manage CBRE’s business lines in New Jersey as well as its support and operating units.
