A Browns Mills retail building that currently houses an Advance Auto Parts has been sold, according to real estate firm Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P.
The 7,000-square-foot property at 1 Juliustown Town Road has been leased to the auto parts business since 2004, with six years remaining on the lease. The property was sold by a family trust to a private investor, free and clear of existing financing, HFF said.
The HFF team of Marc Mandel, managing director, and Steve Schrenk, director, represented the seller in the deal.
