Red Bank-based OceanFirst Financial Corp. announced Kim Guadagno has been appointed to its board and its holding company’s board.
OceanFirst Bank N.A. is the holding company of OceanFirst Financial Corp.
Guadagno, the former lieutenant governor of New Jersey, is currently a partner with Connell Foley LLP, a law firm in Roseland.
Before that, she served as the first woman sheriff of the Office of the Sheriff of Monmouth County.
