Dental implant manufacturer leases one of six buildings comprising Sanzari’s Norwood industrial portfolio

A dental implant manufacturer has leased one of the six buildings comprising Alfred Sanzari Enterprises‘ Norwood industrial portfolio, the Hackensack-based real estate company announced Wednesday.

HIOSSEN Implant leased 23,000 square feet at 50 Maple St. in Norwood, according to Sanzari.

Stephen C. Jennings, Sanzari vice president of leasing and marketing, arranged the lease along with Andrew Somple of NAI James E. Hanson. Mitch Helfman of MRH Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant.

HIOSSEN Implant is relocating its distribution operations from Bucks County, Pennsylvania to the property in Norwood, Sanzari said.

“The quality and functionality of 50 Maple Street, along with its proximity to our North American headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, was very attractive to us,” said Sean Bae, chief financial officer. “The property is an ideal fit for our company’s needs.”

The building was recently upgraded, including a redesign of the facade and main entry, new exterior landscaping and new interior lighting.

The Norwood indstrial portfolio is located at 335, 355, 375 and 385 Chestnut St., and 10 and 50 Maple St. It is within close access to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 9, the New York State Thruway and the George Washington and Tappan Zee bridges.

“The Norwood industrial portfolio offers a number of important advantages for companies seeking strategically located, state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution space,” Jennings said. “We are excited to have a dynamic company like HIOSSEN Implant join our tenant roster and look forward to serving their current and future requirements in this prime Bergen County location.”
