CBRE announced that Thomas Monahan has been promoted to vice chairman, marking the first time one of the real estate firm’s New Jersey sales professionals has earned the title.
Monahan was CBRE’s top industrial producer in the Americas in 2017, the firm said in a news release, completing more than 50 transactions with an aggregate value of more than a half-billion dollars. He has consistently been the top producer in the state and in the top 1 percent for the firm nationwide.
“Our clients rely on CBRE’s world-class professionals to provide the solutions and outcomes they need, and Tom exemplifies what it means to deliver, and often overdeliver, for them,” Jeff Hipschman, CBRE senior managing director, said in a prepared statement. “I’m proud to recognize this major milestone achievement for Tom and his team.”
