Colliers International has arranged two sales transactions in South Jersey, the real estate services firm announced recently.
Colliers’ Ian Richman handled the $1.1 million sale of a land parcel at 75 Erie St., Camden, and the $830,000 sale of a warehouse at 4 Enterprise Court, Sewell, the firm send in a news release.
In the first deal, Richman served as the sole broker. No development plans have been disclosed for the parcel.
In the second deal, Richman represented the buyer, Robert Ganter Contractors Inc. The 14,600-square-foot property was sold by Dente Trading.
