Madison-based Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, a unit of Realogy Holdings Corp., announced that it has expanded its presence in Alabama.
Amanda Howard Real Estate, based in Huntsville, will now be part of Sotheby’s global network as Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty, the real estate brokerage firm said in a news release this week.
“Huntsville has been the fastest-growing metro area in Alabama in recent years,” Philip White, Sotheby’s CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “With a growing and diverse downtown and a more relaxed way of life outside the city, there is truly a lifestyle for everyone. We are pleased to welcome Amanda Howard and her team to the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.”
Howard’s firm represents the second Sotheby’s affiliate in the state. The Sotheby’s network includes 950 offices in 70 countries and territories worldwide.
