Lake Como-based Four Springs Capital Markets, a financial services firm focused on commercial real estate investment products, announced it has appointed Eric Paul its new president.
“We are extremely excited to have Eric join our organization in a leadership capacity,” said William P. Dioguardi, principal of Four Springs Capital Markets and CEO of Four Springs Capital Trust. “As an experienced executive with over 25 years of developing marketing programs for financial services, technology and consumer products companies, he brings a unique skill set to the company that should allow us to grow and scale our business.”
Paul previously served as the chief marketing officer of Black Creek Group and Dividend Capital since 2004. Previously, he was vice president of marketing for Spencer Trask Ventures. In other roles, he served in management for marketing consulting firms such as Addison and Interbrand.
“Both institutional and individual investors are seeking investment solutions that provide the potential for current income, diversification, low correlation to stocks and bonds, and a prospective hedge against inflation,” said Coby Johnson, president and chief operating officer of Four Springs Capital Trust. “We see tremendous opportunity for growth in this market environment and believe that Eric is well-suited to lead our capital markets efforts.”
“Four Springs Capital Markets has a great team with a disciplined approach and a suite of institutional-quality investment solutions,” Paul said. “I am thrilled to be part of the organization, and look forward to the opportunity to help grow the business.”
