Comodo CA, which spun off from Comodo Group late last year, formally moved to a new world headquarters in Roseland last week, it announced.
The digital identity solutions company was purchased by Francisco Partners from parent Comodo Group in October. Comodo CA focuses on digital certificate authorization, internet solutions and other cybersecurity functions.
“We are seeing tremendous demand across all segments of our business, which is rapidly fueling the need for an expansion of our facilities,” CEO Bill Holtz said in a prepared statement. “Our new headquarters in Roseland marks a milestone moment for the company as we continue to expand our offerings in web and (Internet of Things) security.”
According to an announcement earlier this year from real estate services firm CBRE, the company is taking 20,000 square feet at 5 Becker Farm Road, a 118,000-square-foot property owned by a joint venture of Soma Capital Partners and Northlight Capital Partners.
Francisco Partners is based in San Francisco. Comodo Group is based in Clifton, where Comodo CA had been based before the move.
Comodo CA did not respond to requests for further information.
